Rose Theatre April 1989

This is a second group photo of the Rose Theatre archaeologists on site in 1989, which was reproduced in Julian Bowsher’s: ‘The Rose Theatre an archaeological discovery’ tome in 1998. The majority of the team featured in the colour photo that Simon Blatherwick kindly sent to us previously, but we have yet to identify mystery archaeologist No.22 (who has moved up the pecking order from unlucky No.13 on the earlier photograph) so answers on a postcard please.
